Kate is a designer and artist currently based in Appalachia.After graduating from Auburn University with a major in industrial design and a minor in graphic design, she started work as a designer at Page Street Publishing, in non-fiction, Children's picture books, and Young Adult. She also runs beazdesigns where she does freelance design, project management, and illustration. She is currently furthering her education in Natural Resources at Virginia Tech.In her pursuit to become a human multi-tool, she has become proficient in a variety of softwares and hard skills, and can direct you to the nearest bakery in German.Kate's other interests include sleeping, narrative video games, textile arts, and moss.
